My husband, Mike, aka Mr. Greenjeans is a backyard farmer, for now. Our shared love of healthy delicious foods has spanned more than a decade and taken us on a journey that, for me, included attending culinary school in Florence, Italy. Our dream is to live the farm life for real, and make the leap from hobby to lifestyle.
Taking in on the road...
When we plan a getaway, we pack our provisions. We are soon to be packing up our products and taking them to market. We will be using a sustainable packaging and shipping model for all of our endeavors.
Mike's Marinara
As the summer tomato season winds down, the kitchen becomes a canning operation, and we create delicious dishes year round with a variety of Marinara flavors labeled and stored in our larder. These jars full of flavor and love will soon be on sale and making your saucy dishes delicious!
